Term and Conditions - All items are sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. All hour and mileages stated are reading only. You bidding constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Inspections – Are encouraged and can be arranged by calling Mike (402) 380-2772 or the specific phone number listed for an item. We take many pictures and videos when possible and make attempts to show the items the best we can. However, pictures and videos alone don’t tell you everything. Please inspect the equipment and know what you are bidding and buying. Your bids and binding and cannot be removed or canceled.

Bids – Are legally binding. You are legally responsible for any and all bids and purchases you make. Your bid constitutes acceptance of any and all terms of The Nissen Group.

Payment – Must be received within 48 hours following the conclusion of the auction. Buyer agrees to pay for all purchases by cash, credit card on items under $3,000 with a 4% convince fee added to the total, or wire transfer. A $25 wire transfer fee will be added to each invoice being paid by wire transfer. Please contact Mike (402) 30-2772 for wire instructions. No items shall be removed before total invoice is paid in full. A buyers premium shall be accessed on some items and will be added to the invoice total.
Buyers Premium will be disclosed on the specific items and shall be accessed to the total purchase price. All titles vehicles shall have a $25 title transfer fee. Sales tax will be collected where applicable. If payment is not received within 48 hours auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the sale, buyer will lose all rights to the items. Items will be resold and any shortfall if items are resold for less then original contract price. Non paying buyers will be prohibited from participating in any form of future auctions by The Nissen Group.

Removal – All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction. You must call ahead to schedule your pickup date and time. After 14 days a storage fee of $25/day shall incur. After 30 days the storage fee shall be $100/day. Storage fees must be paid before removal. If items are deemed abandoned, they shall be resold and proceeds are the discretion of the auctioneers. However, storage fees will be owed to The Nissen Group.

Risk of loss – Buyer assumes all risk of loss to the property from and after the time the auctioneer accepts the buyers offer or bid. Buyer shall be responsible to insure all of the Buyer’s equipment purchases against all losses from the auction date until removal of such purchases by the Buyer.

Force Majeure – The Nissen group shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or termination of any auction beyond reasonable control including but not limited to, any pandemic, epidemic, spread of disease, act of God, act of war terrorism, cyberattack, riots, flood, fire, other sever weather, or acts of order from public or government authority. The Nissen Group shall not be held responsible or liable for interruptions, terminations, or corruption of any audio feed, video feed, or any other internet registration, bidding or other online related service that occurs before, during or in connection with the auction, regardless of the cause attributable to such services.
