By bidding on this equipment you are accepting equipment in current condition and agreeing to pay for equipment at the end of the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Successful buyers must contact us within 24 hours of your winning bid. Payment is due via bank wire on all amounts over $5,000.00 Items under $5,000.00 can be paid by check but will require 7 business days for check to clear before pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2.5% buyers premium capped at $750.00 for online bidders. A $20.00 fee will be added to all wire transfers. All payments are due in full within 48 hours of the completion of the auction. Kansas residents are subject to state sales tax on non-agriculture related equipment.

Equipment must be picked up within 30 days unless other arrangements are made. All equipment sold “As Is” with no guarantees. Please call with any questions regarding the auction before bidding.

We will send an invoice to the email address registered with Auction Time after the sale concludes. All bank wiring instructions will be shown on the invoice. Titled equipment will be supplied a Bill of Sale and tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the State of the purchaser.

Purchasers are responsible for making pick up arrangements with the seller within 30 days unless other arrangements have been made with the seller.
