All items are subject to a 10% buyers premium unless otherwise state in auction via Equipmentfacts software or spoken by auctioneer.

High bidder must contact Main-West Equipment via phone or email within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify payment method. Payment must be made in full within 48 hours following the completion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with Main-West Equipment. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Titles will be mailed to the winning High bidder once made available to the seller. In the event there is a lien on the auction item the title will be mailed to the winning High bidder no earlier than 30 days from when payment is received. All equipment information is correct to the best of our knowledge and is sold "AS-IS" with no guarantees. All sales are final. Contact us with any questions before the auction ends.

After buyer takes ownership of all equipment, they shall remove any identifying labels, phone numbers, and stickers of prior owners before items are put into service.

An additional 4% convenience fee will be applied for use of credit cards. Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. A fee ($20.00 US and $35.00 International) will be added to cover bank fees. North Dakota Sales Tax collection required on all applicable items per ND tax code.

Pickup time for purchased items is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, unless agreed upon otherwise. Equipment must be picked up within 30 days of purchase or be subject to a storage fee of $25 a day minimum depending on the size of the piece of equipment. Equipment not picked up within 60 will be considered abandoned and resold with no refund.
