Your use of this site and bid placement constitutes your acceptance and agreement to adhere to these terms. Please print a copy for your records. All bidders are responsible for reading all terms and conditions carefully. Lack of knowledge of Auction Terms and Conditions will not release bidders from their obligations.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL PURCHASES WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSING. Successful bidder must contact 10X Auction LLC within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details. We accept wire transfers and credit cards only, NO CHECKS of any kind. See payment terms & methods below. 10X Auction LLC will notify buyer with a paid invoice when full payment has been received. Buyer must sign and return paid invoice to receive release papers for pickup.
Buyer’s Premium
A. All Premiums are figured on a “per item” basis. Please take this into consideration when bidding. (Bid price + buyer premium = sale price.)

B. B. Online, Phone Bidding (Internet/Absentee) Purchases Will all be subject to a 10% Buyer's Premium. All Live ON SITE Bidding will NOT be subject to a buyer's premium.

A. All sales are final. – NO refunds or adjustments will be given.

B. All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds within 48 hours of the item(s) selling. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover are accepted. Should you pay via credit card, you will be charged a 4% handling fee. Unless otherwise arranged, the auction company will charge out credit cards on account for online buyers.

D. As a successful bidder an invoice will be emailed after auction close with the winning bid price. THIS IS SOLELY THE WINNING BID PRICE notice and additional charges may apply such as sales tax, incoming bank wire fee of $30, minimum title fee of $98 per titled vehicle, etc. It is your responsibility to contact 10X Auction within 24 hours of the auction close for the total amount due and to make payment. Payments received after 48 hours will be assessed a minimum $50 late charge per day until funds have been received. Acceptable forms of payment are: Bank Wire Transfer (add $30 to total), Credit Cards accepted to the amount up to $10,000 (add 4% to total), All International sales must be by bank wire transfer in U.S. Funds (a $50 wire fee will be added for international transfers). Bank wire details are at the bottom of your invoice. ALL wire transfers are charged an additional $30 to cover our bank processing fees. Any applicable sales tax laws apply per the location and seller of the item and are in addition to the amount showing on the invoice. If you are exempt from sales tax, you MUST provide a completed exemption form or dealers license. If you are going to use a third party for transportation, you must provide BOL (Bill of Lading) as soon as possible, within 7 days of pickup.


Item Removal
A. No item is to be removed or released from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made.
B. There may be a loader available for loadout but make sure. Large volume scrap buyers are responsible for their own loadout. You, as the bidder, are responsible for your own due diligence BEFORE bidding. Shipping is buyer's responsibility. All equipment/items are used and is sold "As Is, Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
C. Items must be removed within 14 days or a $25 a day storage fee will be charged to buyer. Any items remaining after 30 days of auction close are/will be considered forfeit/abandoned/resold and become property of 10X Auction LLC. No refunds will be given. Anyone who does not pick up items at the specified pick up time is subject to a $250 convenience fee.
Title Transfer
A. All titled vehicles require a title transfer and are subject to transfer fees. Please take this into consideration when bidding.
B. Titled vehicles Purpose Only transfers are subject to an $98 documentation transfer fee without the 3-Day Temp License, $128 transfer fee with the 3-Day Temp License. Any and all fees will be collected for every vehicle sold and titles will be sent certified mail 15 days after your funds post to our bank.
Firearm Transfers (If Applicable)
A. All firearms are subject to a $50 transfer fee.
B. Buyers must comply and pass a federal background check in order to purchase any firearm sold.
C. Purchase prices will not be refunded to those individuals who fail to pass a federal background check.
D. A valid conceal carry permit will allow buyers, who pay the required transfer fee and pass the federal background check, to have the ability to transfer and pickup handguns in the same day. Persons who do not have a valid conceal carry permit will have to wait a series a days before the transfer process is complete.
Remaining Terms
A. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS condition with all faults and without warranty expressed or implied. Agents of sale are not responsible for theft of accidents before, during, or after sale. Look before you bid, bid on what you see ONLY. 10X Auction LLC. is not responsible for any missing or incorrect listing information. We have attempted to provide accurate descriptions. Information, descriptions and details including year, make & model are deemed correct but are not guaranteed and you, as the buyer, are responsible for your own due diligence. The items have been photographed/video only; no operational assessment has been made. Personal or independent 3rd party inspections are recommended and encouraged before bidding. All information we provide for this item(s) is taken from sources generally deemed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. We do not guarantee this information but provide it for your assistance. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to conduct any inspections to determine the condition and feasibility of the bidder’s intended use. Descriptions that are provided by the auction company are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. 10X Auction LLC inspections are merely visual and limited to what our sales agent sees and hears the day of listing, however, no mechanical inspections were performed. Buyer understands any description given or written on the equipment is not guaranteed, and will rely entirely on their own inspection. It is automatically acknowledged by registering that you have either personally inspected the items being sold, hired an agent to inspect the items being sold, or you have waived your right to inspect the items being sold. By placing a bid, this creates a contractual agreement to purchase the items being sold at the high bid price plus Buyers Premium and any additional fees.
B. The Auction Company and/or the estate are not responsible for accidents on auction day or after items are sold.
C. 10X Auction LLC. has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the auction for any reason or for no reason at all, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and convenience of 10X Auction LLC. or the Seller.
D. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, 10X Auction LLC., Equipment Facts, and the Seller reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor 10X Auction LLC., Equipment Facts or the Seller shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications may be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.
E. Any and all announcements on auction day will take precedence over any and all printed material.
F. I grant 10X Auction LLC. the right and permission to use video or still imagery of me or in which I may be included with others, to take, use, reuse, publish, and republish the same in whole or part.
