Payment must be made by bank wire, certified check and Credit Card. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the wire transfer. Once wire transfer has been completed and received, we will send a paid invoice to you and the equipment can be picked up. Payments need to be received and paid in full within 3 business day from the completion of the auction. All items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”. Any wire transfer fees will be paid by the buyer. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. All equipment is sold "As Is" with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. Description and/or year, make, model, brand, empty or gross weight, hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. To have complete understanding of the overall condition and functionality of the unit, you are responsible for an inspection! Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction. $25 daily storage fee will be assessed for each additional day! Any of the purchased items not picked up within 30 days will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the item. We HIGHLY recommend getting vehicles inspected BEFORE the auction ends! Make sure you contact us to do any inspections! ALL SALES FINAL!
