All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any out of state firearms purchases must transfer through that buyers local FFL dealer. All gold, silver and/or rare coins & paper currency are sold strictly 'AS IS' with NO guaranties. Buyer must rely on his or her own judgment and bid accordingly. All coins are graded by their consignors unless they are in a professional numismatic slab. Said buyer will pay all transfer & shipping fees. All shipped packages will be insured for its valued amount at bidder/purchasers expense. All Motor Vehicles, Equipment, Trailers and or tooling/material sell AS IS with no warranties or guarantees regardless of announcements or printed material. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Carrick Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representations. In no event shall Carrick Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Carrick Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Carrick Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Carrick Auction is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Carrick Auction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Carrick Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Carrick Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Method of payment: CASH, Certified Bank Funds, Checks w/ID and Bank Letter of Credit or Wire Transfer (A $25 Wire transfer fee will be applied)
Checks will not be accepted w/out your bank certification.

Upon payment and clearance of payment, the seller will transfer titles on or before 30 days from purchase. A 12% buyer premium will be applied w/ your internet purchases.
A 3% Credit Card fee will be added to the 12% bp for a total 15% buyer premium when finalizing purchases w/ CC.

Purchaser is responsible for sales tax applied upon title transfer in the state and county of your residents. Dealers need to supply auction firm w/ a copy of current Dealers license and Sales Tax vendors #.
