*Online Buyer's Premium is 10% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap.*

Payment Instructions: Please Pay for Purchases in 3 Business Days. We accept Cash, Certified Checks, Wire Transfer, or Credit Cards (up to $5,000). There is an additional 3% fee w/ credit cards.

Invoices will be emailed to the email on file the business morning after the auction closes, (please check your spam & junk mail folders) if you have not received it by noon on the business day following the auction you must call us to let us know..


6% Sales Tax will be charged unless you can sign a valid tax exemption. We honor "farmer" exemptions on "farm machinery" only. Out of state buyers will be subject to sales tax unless you use a 3rd party freight trucker & supply us with a BOL from that company. *Items must be picked up within 15 Days or there will be a $25.00 per day storage fee applied unless we are notified and other arrangements are made. After 90 Days Items will be resold and No Refund will be returned to Customer.*

*Buyers whose principal place of business is not located in the U.S. must pay by Wire Transfer only. All payments are to be made in United States currency.*
