It is the buyers responsibility to have inspected the item and determined the condition, year, model, serial number and mileage of the item from your inspection. By agreeing to the terms of the auction you are agreeing to the complete rules of auction. EquipLinc, LLC reserves the right to capture your balance due on your invoice to the credit card given via the auction deposit if the invoice is not paid in full within 48 hours of auction completion. EquipLinc DOES NOT SHIP but will help buyers arrange shipping by independent carriers. Any packaging such as palletizing, wrapping, containerizing that is required by shipper is the responsibility of the buyer. EquipLinc can assist with handling but will result in additional charges to the buyer.
