Your credit card hold/deposit of $500 will be applied to your purchase if payment is not made prior to the payment deadline. A refund check will be mailed out if other payments are made after the hold/deposit is processed.**

SALES TAX WILL BE COLLECTED UNLESS THE BUYER HAS A MARYLAND SALES TAX EXEMPTION FORM AND FILLS OUT THE REQUIRED FORMS.

This catalog is to be used only as a guide. Please inspect all items before bidding. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS’ with no warranties expressed or implied. The Auctioneer is acting as an agent only, and is not responsible for the acts of its principal. The purchaser/bidder is responsible for inspecting items before bidding! All sales are final!

EXPORTERS will pay sales tax on purchases-if you take possession of the purchases in the United States. In order not to pay sales tax the following is required: Bill of Lading or Dock Receipt.

*Years on the lots may indicate model year during which they were put in service rather than when manufactured.
*Insurance and removal is the buyer’s responsibility.
*Cochran Auctioneers will, at the sole risk of the buyer, assist in loading out non-rolling stock, provided such equipment can be safely lifted by our forklifts.
*Please check invoices for name, address, phone number for accuracy.
*Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances are present, heavy equipment is being operated and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the auction site at any time shall be there at his own risk, with notice of the condition of the premises and the activities thereon and Bidder shall so advise his agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against Auctioneers, their agents, employees, or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever.
*Note: Odometer & hour meters are only as per the meter when viewed-Please view and make your own determination.


Internet Bidders NOTE this catalog may have pictures or description errors. We will make every attempt possible to correct these errors before auction morning. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure each item meets their needs and requirements before placing any bids.

If the internet goes down LIVE will not stop we will pick back up as quickly as possible.



DISCREPENCIES: In account of ANY discrepancies, the auctioneer and the clerk’s record keeping will be the FINAL judgment.

TITLE POLICY: There is a $35.00 handling charge per titled vehicle and/or trailer on all titled items. When filling out the title information ---- make sure your name and address are correct at that time. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CORRECT ANY ASSIGNING MISTAKES! J.G. Cochran Auctioneers & Associates, LTD guarantees good title to titled vehicles unless item is sold as "No Title". If a title cannot be supplied for an item that was sold with a title, the Purchaser is entitled only a refund of the purchase price upon return of item. Any work done on the vehicle before receipt of the title is AT YOUR RISK! ALL TITLES (as settled upon) will be certified mailed AFTER 10 banking days! We wish to thank all purchasers for their cooperation.

NOTICE TO TITLED VEHICLE BUYERS-If Auction Company has not been notified as to how the titles are to filled out within two (2) weeks after the auction, the titles will be filled out EXACTLY HOW THE PURCHASER CHECKED IN to the auction. NO CHANGES TO TITLES CAN BE MADE AFTER TITLE IS FILLED OUT!

REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed only on presentation of paid bill. Once the bidder is successful on items, the itels become the responsibility of the bidder. J.G. COCHRAN AUCTIONEERS AND ASSOCIATES, LTD is not responsible for any loss or damage to any items. NO REMOVAL UNTIL PAID IN FULL!!! Items not removed after 30 Days become property of the Auction Company
