We only accept money orders, cashier’s check, and wire transfers. We DO NOT accept credit cards for payment.

Preview Date & Times: Manheim Indy preview days are Monday 9am to 5pm, Tuesday 9am - 5pm, and Wednesday starting at 8am until sale time.

Checkout Date & Times: ALL lots must be paid in full. Once completed the auction will email you the gate release for pick up. Manheim Indy gate hours for pick up are Monday - Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm

2. Manheim Indianapolis makes no guarantee of selling description, all items are available for personal inspection prior to auction and it’s the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the selling description is correct.
3. Selling description: “AS-IS, NO ARBITRATION” without warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.
4. Purchasing customers attending online MUST pay by 12:00 pm EST on Friday week of the auction. Failure to pay will result in a $300.00 late payment fee per unit/per week.
5. Unit storage fee is $25 per day after the 15th day.
6. Buyers are cautioned not to sell or spend money on any unit until the title is received. The Auction will NOT be responsible for any expenses incurred on units returned for late title.
a. Seller has up to 21 calendar days for the title to be received by Auction. (Sale day is Day 1)
b. Buyer must notify Manheim Indianapolis before returning equipment for no title. Once the returned equipment is at the auction the seller will be given a 24-hour notice. If the title is received, then the transaction stands.
7. Auction fees are chargeable to seller and buyer.
8. All units are at owner’s risk. The Auction is not liable for any damaged or stolen items.
9. ALL WARRANTIES ARE THOSE OF THE SELLER ONLY. THE AUCTION MAKES NO WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED.
10. THE AUCTION IS NOT A PARTY TO THE CONTRACT OF SALE WHICH IS BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE BUYER ONLY.
11. AUCTION MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VOID ANY TRANSACTION.
12. The Auction reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Manheim Indianapolis is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Manheim Indianapolis or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Manheim Indianapolis will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Manheim Indianapolis reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
